Shape into small mini meatballs, about the size of a nickel. Bake in 350 oven 15 minutes. 1 pound refrigerator pizza dough (your local pizzeria will sell this to you or find at the grocery store) Here's what you will need for the coating: Garlic butter 6 tablespoons butter 4 cloves garlic, finely minced McCormick Italian spice blend herb grinder Melt all garlic butter ingredients in a small saucepan, set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. To assemble: Cut a small piece of pizza dough and roll into a snake-like rope. Make a small indentation in the center and tie a knot around the meatball, pinching the ends underneath. Place on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with garlic butter and bake 20-25 minutes until dough is lightly brown and cooked through. Reserve remaining butter. To finish, add garlic knots to a large mixing bowl, toss with remaining garlic butter and 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese. Tasty's photo.
